Standard call-out fee: $160
Standard labour rate: $150 per hour
Non-standard labour rates: After-hours: $225 per hour (1.5x)
Saturday: $225 per hour (1.5x)
Sunday: $300 per hour (2x)
Travel from the Lane Cove office: Jobs located more than one hour away may incur travel time at $110 per hour.
Travel and accommodation: For work requiring overnight travel, accommodation and related travel expenses will be calculated and charged separately. These costs will be discussed with the customer before bookings are made.
Unsuccessful attendance: If the technician attends but cannot access the site, the standard $160 call-out fee may apply.
